How to access the DBSI 24 Hour DBSI Customer Center Customers can contact the DBSI Customer Centre
at 📱 0804 1500 327 or ☎ +62 21 2985 2888 (from outside Indonesia) by following these steps:
To report a lost card, press 1. For digibank Credit Card or digibank Cashline, press 2. For DBS KTA or digibank KTA press 3. For digibank app or digibank Savings Account, press 4. To speak with a Customer Service Officer, press 0. After selecting option 2, 3, or 4, customers will be asked to enter their digibank Credit Card/digibank Cashline/digibank Savings Account number/DBS KTA/digibank KTA, or e-KTP number.
If the customer selects 0 to speak with a Customer Service Officer (CSO), they will then be asked to:
Press 1 for digibank Credit Card or digibank Cashline. Press 2 for DBS KTA or digibank KTA. Press 3 for digibank App or digibank Savings Account. The customer will then be connected to a CSO at the DBSI Customer Centre.
